Im literally using a door frame to break up my shoulder muscles at this point, I need this to be hard. Is it very hard?

It's hard and firm and it's awesome. I use it in my calves and thighs. My physical therapist says whatever your doing keep doing it because I'm getting better than others do and quicker.
