It broke
Bought trailer for 25 gallon tank made by same company. Trailer is what the company recommend. Used trailer one time. Put out 25 gallons of spray. That was yesterday afternoon. Today I filled the tank and went to my two acer garden. Made it about a hundred feet and this happened.I do not advise buying this trailer unless you have a golf course for a yard. And don't plan to go over two MPH. The weight of the water sloshing will bend the tounge. Then you get to put a tank full of water in the back of your truck. That's approximately 200 pounds.Update.Wrote above review before I found how to return item, and I was aggravated. The company is going to refund my money back. The trailer could be better and would work extremely well if the tongue was made stronger. It was easy to mount tank and sprayer bar on. Both by same manufacturer. Both good products so far.

Great Setup
Just put this together. My 15 gal tank fits perfectly. I'm thrilled that it doesn't have pneumatic tires. I live in SE Arizona where everything will poke, stab, or bite you, and the first thing I've had to do on every garden widget I've bought is put on solid tires. Well done. Went together easily. I will have to fabricate a mount for my spray arms, but I expected that. Only complaint is that the tongue pin holes wouldn't line up because of some weld slag inside of the tube. A few minute with a small file and to or three swear words and it went together just fine. I saw the other review. We'll see how this holds up on rough ground with a 15 gal tank.

Much Improved Frame
I purchased this as a replacement for a sprayer purchased a few years ago. The old frame axle fell apart due to a failed weld that attaches the square tube axle to the axle plate with shaft. This part of the frame has been redesigned and will hopefully be more rugged and withstand carrying heavy 25-gal loads across a rough (mole & armadillo holes) yard typical in large rural landscapes. The foam-filled tires are also a very welcome improvement over the old inflatable tube-tires that are prone to leaks, and blow-outs when carrying heavy loads over terrain that may include some rough gravel.

25 Gallon tank broke hitch bar
I have a 25 gallon ATV-style tank on the trailer. On my initial test (under five minutes on a level gravel road) after assembling the existing tank with this trailer and new sprayer boom, the hitch bar bent and split at the edge of the point where it inserts into the larger square tube attached to the axel.I cut off the bent section, pushed the hitch bar as deep as it would go into the larder tube, then drilled new holes for the retaining pin. I haven't used it long, but it seems to be working. When I get a chance, I'll weld the tubes together.Maybe a 10 to 15 gallon tank would work better?

Makes spraying the yard much easier.
I connected my 15 gallon yard sprayer and pulled the unit with my lawn tractor. Spraying the yard was a breeze. Because of my situation, I had to configure an additional bracket to hold the battery that ran the sprayer motor. This was the only hiccup to the trailer frame kit.
