I give these Ricola drops 5 stars without hesitation. Personally, I love the combination of mint and lemon, but to be honest, I wasn't expecting much, and I was pleasantly surprised! The flavor is a 10/10: They are very refreshing, super refreshing, without being too sweet, which I absolutely love. This combination helped soothe my pain and throat irritation immediately. The fact that they are sugar-free is a huge plus (a bonus!), as it doesn't affect the flavor or effectiveness at all. These are our family's favorite cough drops. My wife may or may not eat them as little candies. They work well when I actually do have a cough to relieve the itch and calm my throat. I am glad they are eligible for FSA reimbursement.
