Bought this to keep an eye on horses. Yard has no Wi-Fi or electric. I bought the SD card and a sim for data (£10 pm). Very easy to set up, ( I’m useless with technology), well I’m really happy with it!! SD card allows me to look back on footage if an incident was to happen and picture quality very good, night vision is really good too. So good to be able just look on my phone to see what they’re up to, addictive though as constantly watching them!! Really pleased with it and now want more for stables. Good investment purchase I would like to update my review to add that after around 12 months the camera stopped charging. I contacted Reolink and their customer service and after care was second to none! Sent me a replacement camera with no hesitation and was very prompt service and assistance. Would buy from Reolink again!

BE CAREFUL with this camera I bought this camera and it's let me down massively, the battery was working for max 4 days then taken all day to charge, I've contacted them and they said yes it should last a lot longer. It's been a pain to finally get hold of someone to help me do an replacement to which never turned up I watched the tracking and the courier picked it up and nothing since no information to say it's out for delivery, now they are saying it's been delivered. I even put a complaint in because of all the messing about trying to contact someone who I could talk to properly, customer service is shocking they don't even understand what your saying at all, it's back and forth with them I complained from the start of November, I was meant to have the camera by 7th December and nothing. I went through so many emails. Finally got an exchange and waiting for my camera to arrive which when I sent mine back it was next day delivery with a tracking number I am waiting! I recommend this camera to a lot of people who has bought one. I now regret saying it. It's unacceptable. Appalling customer service, haven't got a clue what they are doing, they seriously need to track the delivery driver to which address he goes too. I've had to buy another because I'm desperately in need of this camera yet I'm still trying to deal with customer service about the missing replacement, I have CCTV and checked and no one has delivered anything to me. Ridiculous, some people may of had a good experience me on the other hand has not.

It works well. We needed something to monitor our park home. As I already had a reolink camera at home I knew they worked well. Easy to set up even though the instructions which came with the camers weren't brilliant

The subscription was a bit of fannying about to get the subscription boosted but probably as much user error than anything else. Otherwise, nice bit of kit. I use it as a portable security camera for my motorbike so I can keep an eye on it when I'm out with it but not riding it and it does that nicely. It would be nice if it integrated into Google Nest, so I can view all my cameras through one app, which is seems to hint at but I have no managed to successfully do so.

Easy to set up and super sharp picture,very pleased with the stream speed and motion detection

Set up is fairly striaghtforward, although scanning the QR code was tricky and I had to resort to typing in the number. Otherwise, with a SIM card from Vodafone for £5 (including 3 months charges) and a micro SD card it was a simle enough task to get this operatonal using the free app. It is installed in an area where I cannot use the solar panel, and in a high up position (probably too high), meaning it is not easy to acces it to recharge the battery. But the battery lasts for ages - even after 4 weeks it was still at 40%. The image quality is fair. Detection seems good, although with sensitivity at 100% it reacts to too many trivial movements. I found that 80% is about right for limiting detection to people and vehicles. The lag between detection and being warned is a few seconds - probably depends on the mobile signal. Viewing what the camera sees is easy with the app. Be careful when taking it down to recharge the battery - I forgot about the small spigot inside the mount and lost it! But thanks to excellent support from Reolink who sent me a replacement, I had it operational fairly quickly again. Overall, this is a good option for locations with no power supply but with a mobile phone signal.

As a user/owner of about 15 Reolink cameras over the last 8-10 years, plus a new wireless NVR system just bought to take things a step further in one location, I have to genuinely compliment them on : a) worthy, well working product/s (this is my 3rd GO Plus (all SIM based) purchase besides other GO series, used in harsh tropical conditions - the clarity of vision of Plus/Ultra versions and reliability ie weakish cell signal catching ability of the GO series without antennas sticking out (pulled by animals) to me is especially good and I have used Argus/Duocam/GO products hitherto... I would only like them to be even more waterproof in really heavy monsoons and longer battery life. The solar powered cameras work well as I depend on those. b) very, very patient customer tech support that answered my detailed pre sales questions on 2 products (about 40 questions over about 2 weeks, daily!, thank you Erin, Axel of Reolink support), c) equally excellent after sales looking after even after a long time from several seamless agents I have dealt with over the years, latest Noli... They do pay attention to one's issues and do their best to help in considerate ways in all my orders. This is actually very creditable. I am not in for freebies; I need "non professional" (ie not E1000 a camera) products that work well, very reliably, in different country / cell networks at reasonable prices and in difficult conditions. AND a stable app (using Macs) that controls all with reasonable functionality too. I have unusual locational issues re. security and intactness of my CCTV products (from eg tiny pests and bigger animals, more than burglars, but the systems are used against intruders primarily) and so getting that extra help is appreciated. I am especially happy with the basic GO versions through to the sharp GO Ultra. Go Plus demonstrated very good sensitivity at night - catching even stealthy big game. They listen to product improvements although I would like greater receptivity to individual comments/thoughts from their engineers (in China) which would help refine the products the way I myself would want them! All in all, very happy to use this vendor's products mostly because of their support, and I have not had "stay away" models either, all models I used worked well and durability is well justified. I hope this is of use to others as there are so many brands to choose from and a lot look pretty similar.

La compré para evitar asaltos a mi casa y funciona perfectamente. Es muy importante ajustar muy bien el PIR, las zonas de detección con un nivel adecuado de sensibilización y configurar que tipo de detección quieres que registre la cámara. En mi caso solo personas. Cuanto más sensible más alertas, más gasto de batería, así que ajusta al 65% para personas, y sino hay vehículos anula la detección de vehículos. Muy importante tener una tarjeta SD para registrar las grabaciones. Y el panel solar debe recibir luz o no se carga la batería y tendrás que hacerlo manualmente. Está cámara tiene una APP donde configurar el funcionamiento. Recomiendo la cámara porque recibo las alertas en el móvil, a través de un plan de datos, 20GB por 9€ por mes en FITEL NETWORK.

Necesitaba una cámara de seguridad que grabase cualquier intento de acceso a una vivienda, en una zona sin WiFi y sin electricidad. Me costó encontrar la opción perfecta, pero creo que lo hice: -Reolink es uno de los sistemas de cámaras de seguridad domésticos que NO son fáciles de hackear. -La cámara funciona con un panel solar, pero también con batería que dura, dependiendo del uso que se le de, entre uno y tres meses. Yo llevo un mes con ella, y la batería va por la mitad, sin uso intensivo (en total, contando las horas sueltas encendida, habrá estado funcionando lo equivalente a unos 10-12 días de uso continuo). -Trae una tarjeta SIM. Hay operadores con tarifas más baratas, pero mantener el plan que trae tiene un precio razonable. -Se puede grabar gratis en una tarjeta SD en local, o contratar un plan en la nube por un precio más que razonable (menos que un mes de alarma tradicional para conseguir todo un año de suscripción). Aprender a manejar la app no ha sido todo lo intuitivo que hubiese querido, pero finalmente lo conseguí. Cuando la cámara está conectada en modo de detección de movimiento, la alarma salta en el movil con un retraso inferior a 10 segundos (si salta porque se abre una puerta, puedo conectarme en remoto cuando la persona aún está cruzando esa puerta). Las imágenes son de alta calidad, tanto en modo diurno como nocturno, lo que hace que la cámara sea ideal para identificar a los posibles intrusos. Estoy muy satisfecha con la compra, y si tuviese que cubrir otros accesos, volvería a comprar esta cámara.
