Bought for our dog, and capsule is rather hard/thick. If you are just swallowing it, there shouldn’t be a problem, it’s just a little tough to break open. Overall happy with the product.

Lecithin is a versatile supplement. It is a good source of choline (which is good for the brain), and it also helps improve fat digestion by breaking down fat molecules into smaller components. It also can help nutrients absorb better. This is a decent amount of soy lecithin, and does the job.My main issue with this is that while it arrived in June, it also expired in June. To me, that is bad quality control for a company. I don't know why they would ship out a product that is basically expired.

It is soy. Forgot to read source. Threw it in garbage. Purchased Sunflower Lecithin instead !
