Cheap products. They bend and break easily
This needles are cheap and and machine as well. Mine did not last more than 2 months. Then I ordered another one just so I could use all the cheap needles I had ordered and the machine ended up getting lost and I lost my money and machine. Joseph the manager is very rude and ugly and was not willing to help solve the problem. He said he was sorry for my loss😡. Well I’m sorry for you Joseph🙂

Wrong Item
I ordered the "needle cap" 3 times. But they sent me just the "needle" 3 times. I really don't know why BioTouch kept sending me the wrong item 3 times instead of the needle cap. too uncomfortable.
