I am so happy with this tap!It looks beautiful and works incredibly well. I got it on prime day too, so had a bit of a bargain.Installation was straightforward, although it is designed to be plumbed in with the flexi pipes going under the floorboards, our bathroom isn’t like that. To be honest, most of the things in our newly bought home make no sense.Anyway, all the fittings the tap came with are excellent quality, it came carefully packaged and well protected. It stands up straight on its own without any issues. Anchoring it to the floor was easy, threading the pipes inside the tap was tricky, but not frustrating plus the colour coding for hot n cold being all along the pipes was helpful, although I think that’s standard. We have cut a little notch in the floor plate, to accommodate above floor plumbing so the flexi pipes can run out to the side instead. No big deal, it’s a side you can’t see anyway.The water comes out of the tap in a really pleasing way, doesn’t splash and drip everywhere. All the water makes it into the bath, the controls are nice and smooth. Switching to the shower head is really easy, nothing is stiff or loose.The water pressure out of the shower head piece is spot on too. No jets in odd directions. We don’t intend to use the shower head often, so I’m hoping that means the paint won’t flake off the pipe, as mentioned in other reviews since it won’t be moved around much.It’s a lovely tap, it gives the bathroom a luxury feel and just looks so good. I’m over the moon with it and it’s simplicity to fit and operate. Never thought I’d be this excited by a tap, but there we go!

I have quite high water pressure but due to the design the flow is restricted. It looks cool and gentle but be aware that it takes ages to fill the bathtub due to slow flow.

Plumber tried installing the tap once installed didn’t work, only dribbled, he believed something to do with the ceramic units in the valve … all I know didn’t work had to go to plumb centre to buy another
