Fits great it's a very simple product. The rubber fits great on the holes.

Easy install - very strong material
super easy install once the spare tire carrier was removed. The metal plate was very sturdy - not thin and installed using the stock hardware. The supplied rubber bushings made a tight, waterproof seal.

No gasket
Overall a nice way to put the spare in the garage and block off the holes left by its removal. The only negative I would comment on is the need for a gasket or a way to seal the large flat plate. I could see a lot of water invading the tailgate in a car wash or just out jeep'n in a deep water crossing.

It is a good sturdy product. Fits and functions like it should. It's a great item to replace the factory tire carrier when removed. Very easy to install and looks great. Price isn't bad at all for what it is.
