A one of a kind, wall hanging Eco-printed onto pure silk from various oak leaves, poplar and pine needles on my farm. Then I used the hair from my alpaca, Bella to create the little bird and the limb it perches on. The actual size of the piece is 17" x 15" and it is designed to hang from a 1/4" wooden dowel, suspended by jute twine. Subtle shades of browns, gold, oranges and copper complemented by a unique litlle felted bird worked directly into the silk. Every piece comes with a tag with the story of its making.
