Good product, arrived on time, plays well. Good tone for the price. No qualms.

I'm really enjoying getting back into sax playing. On a limited budget this is excellent value and to my ear plays well. I had a problem with the upper register mechanism because a screw came loose but I was able to solve that myself and I just keep a check on the mechanism which get a lot of use. But that does not stop me recommending this instrument with confidence.

My daughter over the moon for this Christmas present. Saxophone she asked to learn to play, so easy for beginners, nice looking everything included what needed for cleaning after use as well

I have to say it's a fine instrument. It's been year and half since I got it, and most issues were on me as a player.I had it checked early on, and the expert did confirm an issue I was having with octaves was not from the instrument.I'd absolutely recommend this for an entry or casual use, as it's multiple time cheaper than alternatives.Most issues you'll have won't be from the instrument, at most, the reed, which is cheap and common to replace

This is a very bad quality product. Don't buy this. I bought this for my son and weeks after the purpose one bolt fell down and taken to professional Saxophone repair shop and was informed I was given a second hand refurbished Saxophone.......Shame on you.... NOTE TO EVERYONE. DON'T BUY FROM THIS BUYER.

as you see in the image, I have received 2 identical straps with the Sax. I cannot work out how to make effective use of these and wondering if these are mis packed in error and perhaps I should have had a different 2nd one.

Lovely product. Our first ever saxophone. Beautiful instrument. Now just need to figure out how to play properly.
