Has anyone used these to get into inversions?

Would these work for doing yoga and push-ups etc. when recovering from wrist fracture/surgery when you have limited extension of your wrist?

I’m certainly not a medical professional but I have an old wrist injury, with limited extension, and these help me with some yoga poses and push ups.

Can someone tell me more about using these for balance support (as pictured in the brochure)? With their curved shape, it is hard to envision.

It might help if you think of them as an extension of your hand, not bulky like standard blocks, more of a delicate touch similar to using your fingers to assist with balance. There is an instructional video on the yoga-grip web site, just below the less detailed demo video. I hope this helps.

Can i use these in a hot yoga class? i have a very grippy mat. will they slide on my mat if it's moist? and i can't find the no slip covers on amazon.

They may become slippery on your mat if it’s moist, in which case you can put a towel down and totally eliminate any slip.
