ECO-Bags Products String Bag Long Handle Natural Cotton Set-Assorted Tropicals

This was the listing that was true to it's word. I received 5 string bags in assorted tropical colors as advertized. I had also ordered a set of 5 string bags in pastel colors and from that listing I only received one bag in natural color. I mistakenly sent a wrong review on that purchase, so since I can't change that review, I'm reviewing that product here as well. When I contacted the vendor about the missing bags, they told me the listing was wrong and refunded my money and let me keep the bag I had received. So I can't complain about that. However, for everyone else, be very careful about the vendors that list multiple string bags for small amounts of money. You may only get one bag. That said, the listing for the assorted tropical string bags was true to its word and I got all five string bags.

It's a neat idea. They look good. However, they're a pain in the butt to load. They spill all their contents when you set them down, if you don't tie up the ends. We attached a bungee cord across the back of the cargo area in the car, and strung caribiners on it to keep these bags more or less upright, and prevent them from rolling across the back of the station wagon.

I like how these bags compress so I can fit a couple in my purse. They're strong, they stretch. My daughter often uses one to carry her lunch, snacks, etc to work. Use them at the grocery store, or even to stuff clothing into for an overnight.

I find myself using these bags infrequently as they are a little hard to manage. My groceries will not stay in the bag unless I tie it shut, and anything with corners get stuck in the holes between strings. I end up using my cloth bags much more than these. That said, they take up very little space and are easy to tuck into a purse for unexpected purchases.
