Yes it still works! After receiving the earbuds, I am a little surprised by its quality. This was before Razer went into wireless earbuds with the Hammerhead Pro. The audio drivers are relatively nice for the price, its not Sennheiser quality but it does impress me nonetheless since the bass and treble balance are good out of the box. Thankfully, adjusting volume was easy. That's the advantage of having wired physical buttons vs the wireless touch system. The nice thing about this is that the Hammerhead app specifically for this model is still available on the iOS version. That means you can tweak the audio levels from low treble to the high bass adjustments, and change the lighting frequency on your earbuds. Did I say lighting? Yes, this is one of the few wired earbuds that lights up. It isn't chroma, only green, so don't expect to go all rainbow or custom color happy. This was made at the time before Razer Chroma was a thing. I would say if you're getting this less than $20, then go for it. Do be aware of the wire quality, these do have a tendency to break after a while. So, I would consider getting some sort of wire protection for these wired earbuds. Since this is for the iPhone, there's only a lightning connector, so plug options are limited to only the Apple Phones. Which means, its mostly outside or inside where you're listening or talking to someone - before you have to charge the phone.

These are the best earbuds I have EVER used. The sound is so amazing from the low bass notes to high notes. Forget the others, bite the bullet and spend the extra money and get theses, you will not regret the purchase.

These are probably the best earphones I've ever had. The only reason for the 3 stars is because the actual gummies are waaayyy tooo cheap. Like seriously, these are supposed to be top end earphones and the buds don't do their job. You can't have noise cancelling earphones with the buds super flimsy. This was a huge let down. I had to buy replacement buds that are made out of memory foam and expand in your ear for true noise cancellation. If you can replace the buds with something high quality (like the ones I bought were $20), then these earphones are worth it, but at $100 you'd think you wouldn't have to spend more money. So if you're willing to fork up money on quality earphones, great. If not, might as well get cheap ones elsewhere. The sound itself is amazing. I can control the pre custom equalizers through the Razor Hammerhead app and can either set the light to "breathe", off, or be "static." I have gotten compliments just based on the way these earphones look with their earbud glow and looks.

my frame of reference will be Razer Hammerhead Earbuds for usb-c/sol v12/v8 (original company)/skullcandy/pixel buds 2. non gaming headsets/buds these wired headphone are just as amazing in sound as the usb-c. with 10mm drivers. the best sound quality with equal sound low mid and high ranges. dance/energy/classical are the best styles of music to use to test all sound ranges. but hip hop, country and r/b sound just as good. I can hear vocals with high ends. low ends are common and easy to reproduce in headsets and ear buds, so mostly high ends are unclear and "blurry"; but loudness and BOOM power are hard to get. here are some solutions to people having issues and mine will be at the end: now i am assuming you know how your phone functions and able to adjust setting/options to make the headset work for you. too loud at lowest setting - return the item. if you used a cc you can always dispute. suggested by someone-app could help. snags around table - the description did state tangle free and by the looks of the cable experience is also power. it's obvious its rubber uncomfortable - well, my earholes are huge. so no buds fit well in the pockets and canal. so i researched and found comply earbuds. I can now be able to ignore outside sound, work out and have these in my ears most of the day without issue. lack of research is inexperience. broken/bad quality/broken - did you use a cc? a cc that you have protection against damage? return item or dispute charge. so many solutions, lack of forward thinking. My issue: I really have none, since I love razer devices (most of them). I think I received bad earbuds. when i push the lightning cable head to the side it turns off sound, it's not on purpose, sometimes the cable is yanked, pulled or bumped. i assume it's a bad connection. going to wait 10 more days to request a replacement if it's a quality issue; to see if it's my apple devices or the buds themselves. review wrote 4/6/21. i believe they are discontinuing this line of hammerhead earbuds since these lower end buds are being replaced with ANC.

I bought these Razer Headphones for my iPhone 8 Plus that has a “lighting” plug. I have other Razer headphones for my Switch and a Fire Tablet that work good with great sound quality. I even have the same headphones that I am buying here, but they are Bluetooth. I wanted a wired headphone for my iPhone as it would be better for me. The Headphones as a couple of accompanying Apps that are downloadable to improve sound quality and help with the connection. Before I plugged these in to use, I downloaded the Apps so to have everything tuned up properly, but upon trying the Apps, neither one (there are 2 apps) of the Apos work, so I plug the headphones in to see if the App somehow needs the product available to use, but just like the Apps, the headphones do NOT work. Just plugging them in I knew right off these headphones were trash as my iPhone gave a warning as soon as I plugged the Razer Wired iOS Hammerhead headphones into my phone the phone says that these are not compatible. It makes me wonder why are these being sold if the product they are made for say Not Compatible. I just feel like this company is being a bit deceptive. Also, to return the customer has to box it up, tape it up, put necessary paperwork with the product and mail their selves instead of taking to the Whole Foods for return or to the UPS Store. Also, the wording in the return policy is very cryptic making note that everything needs to be perfect. The box these headphones come in are packaged so the consumer has to tear the box holding the headphones to use. I will do my best to update if I get my money back. Buyer BEWARE!

I was pleasantly surprised how well these are made. From the packaging to the sound quality, these are amazing! They integrate well with iPhone unlike some of the competitors that you get a constant popup on the screen(unsupported device)

If you can disregard those 2 points, then it is perfect for you: 1. Mic input is very low, I have to shout to be heard. 2. The lowest volume is very high. Remaining is all good, but not that great.

Had them about a week before the cord started to wear out near the plug witch caused the sound to cut out and eventually stopped working altogether

Compré la versión para iOS y el sonido es excelente además que los materiales se sienten de calidad y duraderos. Si descargas la app puedes modificar el patrón de iluminación de los audífonos o ecualizar el sonido a tu gusto. También me gustó que aíslan bastante bien el ruido. Son un poco pesados por lo que tal vez no sean tan cómodos para realizar actividades con mucho movimiento.
