Good product.Really helps to sleep

I fell asleep easily & naturally with these pills.I had to experiment with the timing for taking the pill. Usually I take it about 9:00PM and go to bed about 11:00PM

I find these work more effectively and overall better than the gummies. I love that I do feel clearer and mentally refreshed the next morning, instead of groggy like a lot of sleep aids cause, even straight up melatonin. I do love things like GABA, L-Theanine, and 5-HTP for stress/sleep, which this product does NOT have, so I swap nights with this and other sleep/stress aids. I also like the ZZZQuil gummies, but find them less effective, so if you need something milder, go for those, and try each (I think there are three types) because they all offer different ingredients. I love using products that are not drugs, but natural supplements, so I'm thrilled that Vicks is including products like this in their lineup!

I have a very hard time falling a sleep and when I do fall a sleep it’s very late. And when I wake up in the morning, I feel sleepy, groggy and not a morning person at all. I started on the pills and it actually made me fall a sleep and wake up with energy. I was very skeptical before but I didn’t have anything to lose. Who ever has sleeping problem, you won’t with this. For me it took 2 days for my body to get use to the pills but I don’t remember when I had energy before. Overall it works and I would definitely recommend anyone needing sleep pills but with energy the next day! Get this

I took them as directed. I didn't sleep any better and I didn't feel any better the next day. Still felt very exhausted the next day and had to take my normal naps.

The first 2 times I took these it was awesome. I slept well and woke up feeling great which is rare for me.. After the first couple nights it's like my buddy adjusted and I couldn't feel a difference
