I slammed this ball for workouts twice a week for over 2 1/2 years. I slammed it on concrete floors and walls as hard as I could for 15 minutes at a time for over 300 reps, tossing it in every direction imaginable. It held up very well. To get it to bounce off the floor a little, I would slam it onto my pilates rubber mat or some blankets on the floor. Never a problem with this ballAfter 2 1/2 years, for the 1st time, I slammed it and noticed a puff of what sand came out of the ball. Later that day the ball had completely deflated and was flattened with only sand in it. The small valve had a leak. I tried to reinflate the ball and the pinhole collapsed= the end of the ball. I keep this review at a 5 because I sure got great use out of this ball for a full 2 1/2 years.

I have 25lb, 35lb, and the 50lb, slam ball . Excellent equipment my clients dread them. Great value in every way, durable and easy to use. The only complaint is the surface should be soft rubber easier to grip and hold.

I love starting my workouts with a few slam ball moves. It just always gets me in the zone. I traded up slamballs for a smooth one due to my husband complaining about his hands being cut up. This one is a little bigger and you can feel the sand shift. But it works well.

This has been a solid slam ball so far. I have only used it for a few months not and probably once or twice a week at the most. I have used it on both hard and softer surfaces and it seems to have held up well so far but only time will tell its durability. I've used it as a wall ball too and it's seemed to do good falling 10-15 feet in the air and landing hard. I would say for the price you are getting a good product that will last you. Definitely a good product for a home/personal gym.

Titan fitness makes a great product. I use this for crossfit training and it can take a beating. It does what it is suppose to do. Highly recommend.

It is a legitimate no-bounce, slam ball, but I wish it had a smaller diameter.

Works as advertised. I mean it is a heavy ball so it isn't doing that much. But it is durable and grips well.

Less than a month of use. Ball became egg shaped. Afterwards just busted open after hitting the ground. Do not recommend
