I had no problem putting it together. You just screw it in from the bottom up, you use the little rings provided.Only the very bottom screw needed a little tightening with a screwdriver. They don't give you one, but it was a cinch!They screwing with no tools.Very pretty and sturdy. I love this whole line! So cute with the roses and polka dots.
