I ordered this thinking it was cute enough I could wear it over a tank top as a shirt. But, it’s a one size fits all type thing and unless that one size is kids, young girls and tiny women… that’s a no. It does not fit over MY girls if you catch my drift.

I cannot believe they advertise this as running to a 4X. LOL! I am a solid size 14 US woman and this fits just okay. I will not be wearing it in public until I go down another size as it is visibly too small on me. The quality of it is nice though.
