Great upgrade for my 2WD Stampede, this transmission is so smooth and so quiet i highly recommend!

a very nice upgrade
was a plug and play for my Traxxas Stampede. After burning out the clutches in the prior transmission and shredding an idler gear, it was time to repair or replace. Found that Traxxas had released this new transmission and decided to give it a go. 100% happy. Very durable and seems to handle the brushless setup better. it isn't cheap but definitely a solid addition.

Fragile
Original trans burnt up so I figured an upgrade would be helpful. Sadly this one may have upgraded internals but the housing is very cheap or mine was just defective. Hit the same 8’ jump we have hit a million times in the past and the housing snapped where the A-arm goes through.

Worth the money
Good for my Rustler and Bandit.

Item is not up to par
Ran for 5 minutes and the planetary gears all shattered. Running in a 2wd slash. Was not going hard, and all gears lost teeth... will not buy again.

Verry cheap
The media could not be loaded. Don't waste your money get a aluminium housing this thing is very cheap not werth the money
