Buyer, beware!
Buyer beware this product does not fit the spindle package that I purchased. These are too small and will not fit over the fastening bracket as indicated. I was unable to return the product due to a specific return date and missed it by six days. The product was not specific enough to work with the spindles I purchased. I will not be buying product from this manufacturer again.

Avoid All Cost
This product was horrible. You can't use it the way it is intended. The top of the balusters are not square with the bottom. Therefor, you can't use the shoes that come with them. You have to drill holes and and set them. I didn't return this product as I needed it to finish a project. I ended up paying 3 times the amount of labor. Using this product cost me $3,000.00. They even messed up the delivery.

Look Great and Easy to Install
These look great on our stairs and were easy to cut and install. We used top boot, and pegged bottom.

Nice upgrade!
These take a little bit of detailed measuring and cutting to get them snug in place but not complicated for the most part. The one annoying thing (that is mentioned in other reviews) is that the “square” at the top and bottom are not exactly lined up. (E.g. all four sides don’t line up in sync at the top and bottom). Because of that we had trouble using the enclosed pivot feet for the top (under the handrail). We decided to just utilize the holes that had been there from where the wood poles came out of and it worked much better! These seem “heavier” than the old wooden spindles so now it seems that the whole railing is sturdier as well. Overall we are happy with the product and the end result.
