I have only been taking these for about a week, but I can already see a difference in my energy level, amount of inflammation in my body, and less stomach issues.My little sis researches a lot of health issues, and she gives me advice whether I ask for it or not. I do not claim to eat healthy, so it is important to me to get some greens in somehow.
