It's been great so far
The first few batches have been plenty strong so we cut back to soaking for only about a week. The amount of herbs received filled two quart jars a little over halfway full, so we mix up about 50% wine, 40% rum, and 10% honey to make a liter of fluid and pour half in each jar. It's been great so far! Very satisfied.

Where are the herbs?
I haven’t used the item yet but from what I see there’s more bark than anything else maybe 4 leaves. No roots or star of anise. Don’t think I will be buying it again.
