The green band broke in just couple of days.

Best for ACL Rehab
Good for ACL rehab or injured persons. I am not a fan for yellow as a beginner after surgery yellow will be better. After each stage increase the kg bands. Quality is better and long lasting.

Extremely Poor Quality. Don't Buy
This product is extremely poor quality. The material tore after only 10 days of light exercise use. I attempted to continue using it by tying a knot at one end, but it then tore at the other end as well. This is not a durable product whatsoever and was a complete waste of money. The manufacturer needs to significantly improve the quality.

Product good but the description isn’t clear enough to communicate the exact details. It’ll be good to have the reference pic showing the size or a pic with the dimension detail to understand the thru size of the product.
