The best books!
The best books! I absolutely love these books for our little girl because she loves popping them and they helped her learn her numbers/counting! Even as an adult I love popping the bubbles! The sound of the “pop” is just right and keeps the little ones busy! It is a bit chunky/heavier so just gotta watch those little toes!

Toddler loves it
This is the third poke-a-dot book my son has and they are all equally beautiful! He loved the first book so much it instantly became one of his favorites so I just had to get him two more. Not only it is a fun book, but the quality is great and the pages are thick so it's made to last.

One of the best kid books!
I bought this for a 6 month old, she absolutely loves it! Her book of choice. It keeps her entertained for 30 minutes to an hour. Great colors and details.

board book
This is a HUGE book, so babies can't hold it. BUT - it is a great book and so far we have not been destroyed by either the 1 yr old or the 5 yr olds. I would buy this again.

3 stars or more?
The media could not be loaded. Couldn’t decide if I should give this 3 stars or 5, so I split the difference. I’ll start by saying this is a very large, thick, heavy book. I know some people complained in their reviews about how big and heavy this is and their kids can’t carry it or carry it safely. I agree that I stressed over my daughters’ toes each time they went to grab this, but I didn’t have issues with either child and now they are fully capable of getting this out without injury. The pictures are fun and cheery; both my girls enjoy sitting and looking at this book on their own. Plus they’ll sit there and pop the “bubbles” with themselves or each other quite frequently. (See my video on how they pop) Based on the amount of times they get these books out and how much they’ve fiddled with them, I’d say this is one of their most-used books. Their love of the book really should give it a 5 star rating. However, I will say that these are hard books to keep nice. I have another version (10 little monkeys) that my first kiddo had from birth. It has been poked, played, dropped, pulled, etc. by two kids now. The binding is pulling apart a bit which is probably from dropping, so mostly our fault. But the “bubbles” are also shifting around and out of the holes or many of them are broken and sharp plastic pieces are left in the holes. This is probably from the number of times they’ve been pushed, but both my kids are pretty gentle with books, so it makes me think the plastic doesn’t hold up well past maybe 1-2 years of use. Depending on how much you expect a book to last around kids, this may not bother you. I personally feel like we’ve gotten our money’s worth out of these, so I’m not too disappointed. I will also say that this version (wheels on the bus) has held up really well, and we’ve had it almost a year with no issues whatsoever. Grandma also has a farm version of this and hers is nice too, but not used as frequently. So maybe my other book was just a dud. I like the variety of animals and verbs discussed in this book, but I do wish that they got a little more creative with the song parts of the book. See my pics for more details.

Keeps the little ones busy!
My little ones love these books! They are a bit heavy so it is easier if you hold the book or set it in front of them. The bubbles pop easily for tiny fingers and kids love the satisfaction of the sound. It is really great for teaching intro skills of counting!
