Carb was out of adjustment, and it was missing a gasket... Fortunately I was able to reuse the old gasket (barely). The carb was way out though, and it wouldn't even run until adjusted. 1 1/2 turns out and then addjust until it runs right...

This is a great kit. Everything was as stated in the add and all worked great. Showed up in a timely fashion.. very pleased with this purchase.
