Collins Miter Spring Pliers and 4 Miter Clamps Kit - Proudly Made in the USA

I bought this to replace one that I lost. I really can't remember how I installed crown without this tool. These leave almost no marks, and they really help position mitered moulds when the glue is slippery. With 8 springs, I can usually trim a whole day without relying on brads to keep the joints tight. Now that I bought this, I think I have 11 springs. Also, I install trim outdoors a lot, and the springs are not affected negatively by rain or snow, so I can clamp joints overnight.This company makes some of the best carpenter's tools!

New to intarsia I was lacking ways to clamp odd shapes and tiny pieces. This is fab I need more!

Great for crown, casing, base. Lightweight, easy to carry many of them on your belt at a time. Made in USA. Only regret is that I didn’t know about them sooner.These are MUCH better than the import counterfeits. I’d rather buy these that’ll last a lifetime than cheap junk that’ll need replacing in a year. These pt tiny mark sons of wood but hold angles tight. Good holder and pliers

A little glue and those outside miters don’t stand a chance.Use the holes left by the tool for your nail gun. Slight scuff over the glue on the outter edge. Fill nail holes and boom. A simple project done.Not sure how long they will last for someone doing lots of trim but for me; they’ve worked great for a handful of “honey dos”

Does exactly what it's designed to! The clamps exert a ton of force on the clamped mitre and leave a brad nail-sized hole; super easy to fill. Have the clamps clipped with a carabeener to my Husky pack-out for easy access. Collins makes great products! If you don't have their coping foot for your jigsaw, you're missing out!

Works as described. I used it to build a frame around a bulletin board I made for my kids room and it works wrk. Only issue its that it tore out a corner as the material was thin but it was operator error and not equipment issue.
