This item broke within 2 months of having it. It will no longer charge or turn on. Not a quality product.

didn't notice any change or benefits after using it for 2 weeks

I used this faithfully for about 3 weeks at least 4 times per week and didn't notice any changes. It's time consuming, actually boring lol.. You have to use it all over your face on the negative side for at least 10 minutes with a non oil base gel and then the same on the positive side. Who has 20 minutes to be rubbing this thing on your face? I must say it also kind of zaps you. It's not a pleasant experience and now it's just sitting in the case.
