I had two doors that I needed to install deadbolts on and this tool lined the holes up perfectly. It took hardly any time at all and my locks were installed and my home a bit safer.

Didn't last 30 seconds before the drill bit snapped off, the guide broke off and where the drill connects to the metal circular blade was unable to be screwed apart. If you are going to spend your money on this product be careful......

The smaller bit doesn't fit right but we had one that did.

Arbor bit not long enough for large bore. Width size not adjustable, small hole saw too large for jig so it burned it and melted plastic. Not worth it shop around.

This bi-metal holesaw and guide works. It's gets though your thinking metal sheathed doors. The guide is not study and fell apart when trying to use it so I did it the old way... measuring it. One big thing to note is you HAVE to put some antiseize lubricant on the threads of the saws and the pilot drill bit. If you don't you will fight it for days trying to get it off to switch holesaw bit sizes. Overall good price and worked.

I was sceptical at first but decided to give it a try. My husband had to replace existing door knobs in 5 interior doors in our house. It is an older house and the knobs were different back then and drilled different, so he had to drill bigger holes with a hole saw, which is very challenging. He was so happy I purchased this and very impressed with the product itself and the outcome. It's not perfect, It does slip a bit when drilling so you have to be careful. But made the job much easier and way less time consuming

works as it should and was a better price than i could get locally at lowes.

The hole saw would not go through the smaller hole on the jig. We had to find our own hole saw to fit the opening! Also the holes that were provided were too large for a standard dead latch, even though it said it would fit the brand we bought. Thus there was hole showing under the latch plate. Very annoying and disappointing. I suggest looking for a different brand.
