Problem solved. Plus an extra benefit. I have a small but heavy piece of furniture on wheels that no longer turn. Even if they did turn, they would have scratched my wood floor terribly. So, after some searching for carpet backed coasters, I finally found these. These are strong enough to protect my floor and small enough to be barely noticeable. The added benefit, I can slide this piece of furniture around by myself.

Had new laminate floors installed and was very worried about the piano denting it. I was assured there would be no issues but need some insurance. These fit the bill. The piano wheels are 1.25 inches in diameter which puts a lot of weight on such a small area. These casters fit perfectly and I like that the cup is made of metal. As you can see there is not much play and the piano beast does not move but it slides easily the few inches I had to move it.

I just had new vinyl plank flooring installed and need protection for the legs of all of my appliances and furniture. I wanted something sturdy but would allow me to move things around for cleaning. These are perfect. Because of the other reviews I read that said they kind of shifted when being moved around, I did add a couple double sided foam tape things on the inside. The stuck to the furniture cap and to the leg of the furniture and appliance. It worked out great.

These are as expected and work just the way I had hoped. I read some reviews of people complaining that things slide off the cups when moving the furniture. What??? They weren't intended for that.Step by step procedure for moving furniture that has been set on the cups: 1. Pick up furniture with as many people as necessary. 2. Carry the furniture to the new location. 3. Set the furniture down. 4. Put the cups back under the legs. geez

We have hardwood floors and recently acquired a fairly heavy piano. I wanted something that would protect the floor while making it possible for us to move the piano if necessary (we have kids, stuff gets dropped behind/under pianos). These have been the perfect solution. The wheels of the piano do roll around inside the coasters, so be careful when moving to make sure they don't roll off entirely, but we've never had that happen.

The old products were steel which stayed rigid and had carpet underneath. I have some over 35 years old. The new ones are made of plastic with felt. Probably not as sturdy and durable as the old ones, but I will still use them and evaluate. I like the dimple that keeps the furniture legs very stable.

Bought these to go under the corners of our bed frame after noticing some worn spots on the side with hardwood not already protected by an area rug. The legs of the frame are round and fit perfectly within these cups. The cups also seem to help give more stability overall. My only.complaint is that I didn't buy them sooner. I'm planning to purchase another set for the bed in our guest room!

I am in love with these. We are remodeling and doing alot of DIY. Painted my daughters floor with an outer space theme. Put these under the furniture and even she is able to move the furniture. It glides across the floor and it is protecting from scratches. Will buy more in the future.

These are cheap and not worth anything. The first piece of furniture we moved the legs dented the cup pushing right through to form a bumb on the slider surface. Then when we pushed the furniture it slid to the side of the cup and tips the cup so now the metal part is sliding on the floor not the soft part ... I could really hurt a floor! Not happy at all

Bought these to help move an elderly person in and out from her kitchen table without scratching her hardwood floors and indirectly, provided a great anti-tipping feature. They adhere really well and don’t collect dust as do some of the felt pads.

used these under the legs of a metal bed frame on a hardwood floor, just the right size, protects the floor. Seem to be durable but they've only been on a few weeks.

These looked god when they arrived... But within 2 days of use, they fell apart. Fabric separated from the metal revealing the thin piece of cardboard between them. Useless now. Have photos but unable to attach to review.
