Proficient Audio Systems AW650Blk/PAS41653 6.5-Inch Indoor/Outdoor Speakers (Black) (Discontinued by Manufacturer)

These were purchased for use outdoors and mounted under the eave of an upper patio deck. We connected them to a Sony STR-DH 130 which is housed in the garage. The music from the Sony Walkman connected to the stereo sounds absolutely great. All the ranges come thru clearly, including the bass punch (which I read in other reviews was lacking). We'll see how they stand up to the elements here on the coast. I would recommend these speakers...high quality for middle of the road price.

Proficient Outdoor speakers have been one of of best Weatherproof speaker I ever used. The quality of audio with crisp balanced crossover made the sound crystal clear. I will recommend this for anyone....

These speakers have a great deal of base.. You really won't need a dedicated sub woofer to get great sound around a pool deck.

Wow -- the speakers are a lot bigger than anticipated but amazing sound, deep bass, and excellent construction. Great buy.
