HJCHelmets Unisex-Adult Full Face Power Sports Helmets (Semi-Flat Black, X-Small), 1502-631

This is my first experience with a full face helmets so I wasn't sure what to expect. When I put it on for the first time I thought maybe I should have gone up a size. However after wearing it for a couple of hours, it started to break in very nicely and was a lot more comfortable. Putting it on is a little tight, like the opening itself is a little small. I wear glasses and that was a big reason for picking this helmet, and I was not disappointed. My glasses fit great inside the helmet and do not move around a lot, which is great. It is not overly heavy and seems to have good airflow so far. I did not notice a lot of fogging when I used the visor. The visor works very well and is easy to see through,and also easy to operate. I did go up a size based on other reviews and I'm glad I did. Like I said, it's pretty snug at first but breaks in very nicely. I highly recommend this helmet. I am tempted to get another one for a spare, especially at this price.

Bought as a birthday gift for my brother who rides/races bikes (45 years). He loves this helmet. Snell & DOT certified, very competitively priced. He said it's comfortable (and did well @ 120 mph).

The helmet was great quality. It didn't fit. I had an older HJC that looked exactly like this, so ordered the same size. ummmmm, no. Not even close. "Sizes have changed over the years".And why!?!The dealer here was awesome, but HJC.. WHY do sizes change? Just make sure to use their chart to order your size!

It is fairly quiet and it is comfortable. However, finding the correct size can be a challenge! I usually wear a large in helmets but needed to upsize to a 2xl in this one. I have ridden a few hours now and it is comfortable, wind passes over it nicely and fresh air coming thru the vents is awesome! I do wear glasses and it also accommodates them well. The Bluetooth installed easily (after watching YouTube videos) and fits like a glove. So for a less expensive helmet that's snell and dot rated, it's great!

Good quality. Snell certified with sticker inside and outside helmet. Was exactly as advertised.

Like others have said the helmet is nice and the fit is good, except the cheek pads are very tight. I’ve have wore the helmet for approx. 3-4 hours and the pads have not conformed to my face. After about an hour on the road the tightness gets really uncomfortable. I currently have the cheek pads compressed with cardboard and zip ties hoping after a week of compression they will feel better. If not I may be spending more money on a set of smaller pads. Other than these pads I really like the helmet.Update:Compressing the cheek pads with cardboard and zip ties did not help. I have been wearing the helmet for about a month and it has been very uncomfortable due to the extreme tightness of cheek pads. Today I took a razed blade and cut down the bottom stitch line and removed the foam. The foam thickness was two pieces glued together. I used the razor blade to cut the two pieces and kept the thicker of the two. I hand sewed the seam back up. The final result wasn’t very pretty, but I think it will last.Put the helmet on and it fit perfect.If I had it to do again I’d buy one size larger. I wear a 7 1/8 size hat and I bought a large; if I bought again I’d buy XLG.Hope this helps

Nice looking helmet with easy to open vents and visor. I ordered a size larger and was pleased with the fit

Good helmet for the new or occasional rider. Of course not the lightest but not heavy or bulky either. The slate grey is modern and the padding while I’ll agree with other reviews can be snug at first but breaks in after a few hours.
