毎日使用1か月経過、耐久性ありと判断します。
毎朝オムレツとベーコン炒めに使用 1か月経過しました。シリコンターナーを使用、冷却後、温水と中性洗剤とスポンジでソフトに油を除き乾燥してみました。確実に2年以上コーティングが剥げない耐久性を維持出来そうです。他社イタリア製は約8ヶ月で焦げ付きました。
