I bought this product in hopes to increase my milk supply for breastfeeding. It absolutely did that for me and within a few days of consistently taking them I began to have an increase in my supply! I don't particularly enjoy the taste of these multiple times a day, however it's a small price to pay for the benefits it provides. It's gentle on the stomach, easy to swallow and you get a really good amount for the cost!

They are high quality products with affordable prices!It takes about three weeks for fenugreek to get started in your system to show results. I don’t have monthly cycles anymore, so I don’t use it for that, it does not stop my hot flashes, but it does a great job lowering my blood sugar! It CURBS my appetite!! I believe it also calms me down too! I’m high strung! Simply take 2 capsules 1 to 3 times daily. I started out with the maximum amount, then after 6 months I lowered the dosage. Since this is the bottle from Now, I started my regular dosage with two once a day. However, you might want to follow their directions. I love this product, and I believe you will too!
