Quite unlike what is shown in the picture. Claims to handle upto 400kgs.. But cannot. The lifter handle bent where the wheels are connected and the rubber pads destroyed themselves. Don't waste your money.

We purchased this to move/lift our new piano (350kg) When we tried to use it, the plastic covering on the end of the jack (see photo) slid and is damaged. We thought the Piano would just slid off and smash. So we stopped and haven't risked using it again. We are now returning this furniture mover as we only needed it for that.For your info....The end of the jack is really small (see photo. 2.5cm) I'm sure this will be brilliant if you need to move wardrobes, chest of drawers, sofa etc but its not good for moving a piano!We will have to find another way to get the rug under the piano....?!?! Back to the drawing board. 🤔

I have no idea how they work. When the box arrived it was sealed but on the outside label it clearly stated that it was NOT for use on carpets. That may be obvious to some, but as it didn't state it on the advert I took a chance and bought them. So it remains unopened, and will be returned.

I suffer from spine osteoarthritis and find moving any kind of furniture very difficult, these became my best friend in moving my heavy washing machine and wooden furniture as and when needed. They now live under the sink in a basket as when I would need them again. I found they worked better on vinyl/lino and ok on carpet as long as it not those deeper ones.

I had a lucky escape when the wheel broke off while I moved a large potted plant. When I looked underneath, I could see that they are poorly produced and only 2 screws in each wheel rather than 4 that would be required for stability. I am afraid that this is an avoid product and without any comeback

The wheels literally fell off whilst moving a wooden table. The wheels are screwed in to the platform with tiny screws so Aby lateral movement means the product just breaks. Waste of money. Buy a propper dolly if you need to move anything
