I got a perm about two months ago, it made my hair hard to manage after a while. I felt like this was a bit of a gamble but I’m very glad I took it. Product was easy to use and had little smell. It made my hair a lot easier to manage texture wise and reduced the curl. I shampooed and deep conditioned before use, blew dry and straightened- the formula left the top of my head feeling a little oily. I shampooed and conditioned same day and blew my hair out, it feels awesome! It was easy to style with just my hair dryer.

This sat in my cart for 4 days before I finally placed the order.My hair is all natural grey and super frizzy, despite my best efforts. I've spent a fortune on products in the past 3 years, promising to moisturize and tame the frizz. Nothing has worked. I've been thinking about trying a keratin treatment but the process just seemed so harsh on my fragile grey hair. After reading the instructions for this product I felt like it wouldn't be as terrible as what I've read about traditional salon treatments. Like I said, it sat in my cart for 4 days while I thought about the money I wasted if this product ended up being a waste of money like everything else I've tried.So here's the scoop: Delivery arrived on Saturday. I washed my hair twice with clarifying shampoo and did not follow up with any conditioner (that was hard for me). I blow dried my hair just until it was damp, applied the product, and let it sit for 40 minutes (the insert that comes with the product will tell you how long to leave it). I rinsed the product out, blow dried my hair as straight as I could and set the flat iron to 450 degrees (yikes-grey hair doesn't like that much heat). I sectioned my hair into 4 parts and ironed my hair until it was completely straight. That was it. My hair was soft and flowy.Sunday morning - I was curious to see how it would look after sleeping on it....it was still straight, soft and flowy so all I did was brush it and head out to run errands.Monday - still straight so I brushed it and headed out for the day, but it was starting to feel limp so it was time to wash it. Monday night I washed, conditioned and added my usual leave in conditioner. I tried letting it air dry. It was OK, but I wouldn't go out of the house with it.Tuesday - I got my hair damp and styled it with my styling brush. It looks good and actually has a nice curl to it without getting frizzy on me. It's still a bit fly-away so I probably still need to add a little serum, but I'm OK with that.If any of you are fighting with the texture of your grey hair, give this a try. Bonus - since my hair is only shoulder length, I'll probably get 2 treatments out of this 1 tube.

Ruined my base color and highlights, changed my hair to orange-ish. I had to use blue shampoo this morning which toned it down a bit, but still ruined. I’m trying to get this out of my hair with a clarifying shampoo, because this has toxic ingredients.In addition, my hair smells and feels like something is on it. It did not blow dry nicely as it normally does. I followed instructions exactly.**Look up the ingredients!!! They can be harmful. I have a sore throughly this morning after using this last night. The ingredients were not disclosed on the Amazon description.I have purchased this product and used it about a year ago and it worked great. When I open the package, I noticed that there were new instructions, and they obviously change the formula…for the worse.DO NOT use if you have any type of color on your hair. I’m sending this back but the cost and time of this is not welcomed.I saw another person recently complained and review the exact outcome. Make sure you look at the dates on the review.Washing my hair now, several times, with a clarifying shampoo to get this out of my hair!!!!

I don't write a lot of product reviewsI don't pay for other people to do my hair (for several reasons) .. I have colored & even permed my own hair, back in the 80s, growing up ..As an adult.. I just trim it, and don't give it much thought .. unfortunately, now I have grey/white hairs & so I have been coloring my hair .. it has left my hair less healthy, than natural.. mostly frizzy .. I am adverse to strong chemicals & use a coloring product that isn't that bad.. even regular hair care products bother me with their smell :(This product's smell did not bother me at all. I did read the instructions & was aware it might lift color & I have a lot of natural "strawberry blonde" in with my naturally multi toned hair ... So, I was expecting that to happen..I also read that my hair should be well conditioned before & it was actually in great shape before I bought this .. I just thought I could make it even better.So, I only shampooed (with a bar) and did not condition, as I was thinking that the conditioner may block absorption & I read other reviews where people did not condition.. BIG MISTAKEI only realized the mistake once I started applying the treatment to my hair & it sucked up the whole tube ! and still felt dry :/I waited the right amount of time & I also think I may have washed too much out ?When hot ironing my hair, I knew it wasn't ok .. but, I kept going .. it was an experiment, after all & I was aware of the risks & I wanted to see what would happen .. it's just hair, it'll grown back ..My hair was pretty bright orange after the treatment !! like my early hair color experiences of my teenage years .. not to worry, I had an ash color ready to apply after & that was easily remedied :)I DID FRY A GOOD 6" OF MY ENDSbecause I did not condition first ..I cut off about 4" of my ends after & have tried to recover the last two inches .. again, just for the sake of experimentation.. no luck .. but, no big deal .. the top 6" of my hair significantly changed from the product, as promised.. will I do it again ??Not sure .. I guess I'd like to try the whole thing again, differently, and see.. but, I was hoping for two treatments out of one tube & I don't have any left .. so, that's all the information I can contribute at this time.

This stuff is great, but I have ordered it twice since my initial tube ran out. Both times, I have not received it. Product is good if you can get it.
