This oil is excellent
I love this oil for hair is worth every penny. I finally something that’s grows my mom hair. And mine too. My hair is so thick and beautiful. So a person that’s as medical issues and take a lot of medication. My hair was coming out. I stay using this with some Hair Grease and add this in there. I started seeing a difference in my hair. If you wanted this oil to last a little longer then put in castor oil Grease and just add the oil and watch the Magic of your hair growing. It’s smell great too. I will buy some more soon.

Dry scalp!? What dry scalp!
I have tried every combination of shampoo and conditioner I could find from salons, amazon, and google to cure patches of dry scalp I would get to no avail. Frustrated more than ever because once again my scalp was driving me mad, I once again began digging through pages of products on amazon to try something new. After the first application, I had oil on my ears and neck, so gross! But I learned that it can be applied sparingly. 24 hours later I was picking at my scalp and thought to myself, the spots are smaller, but not gone. Stopped picking and applied again, but much less. 24 hours later and I'm writing this review. Not a single patch of dry skin on my scalp after two applications. Now the only question is, do I keep applying it daily? Do I wait for my scalp to dry out again and apply? Do I apply every other day, once a week, or on another time period as maintenance? I don't have all the answers, but I know that I love this product.

TMP (Too Much Petroleum Jelly)
I have pretty bad dandruff and a dry scalp, so I wanted to get some scalp oil to moisturize my scalp. This stuff works very well, when I can get it onto my scalp. It's just too thick, even when heated, to spread onto my scalp effectively. This is more of a congealed formula than a no-drip formula. Because of this, the shape of the bottle is pointless because the product cannot be squeezed out easily. A jar would have been better. I just use it at my hairline, while I use plain coconut oil on my scalp.Ordinarily I like petroleum jelly because it's hypoallergenic, but I don't think something should be marketed as "oil" when it's mostly petroleum jelly. It's more like an ointment.

Thank GOD I finally found it!
The media could not be loaded. I was soooo looking for the perfect product to treat and maintain my scalp and found it! After reading the reviews I gave it a try. No leak and it applies to the scalp so easily. The texture of my hair is so smooth even with using other products like hair gel and oil sheen etc. I highly recommend. I wish they offered it in a larger size. It doesn't build up.

DO NOT BUY IF YOU HAVE THIN HAIR!
I have been searching for something to moisturize my scalp and help with itchiness from the dryness of winter. I have thin, fine, light colored hair.My first mistake was buying this. I applied this liberally (second mistake) last night. Application was difficult unless I warmed up the bottle under running water. Very difficult to squeeze out of the bottle and it would make my hand hurt due to the awkward angle holding it against my head. After applying, I put a towel on my pillow and went to sleep. I woke up and this stuff had migrated halfway down my hair (I have hair past my shoulders).I tried shampoo first.. three rounds of shampoo to get this stuff out. It looked like I had wet, oily hair. Then I used Dawn dish soap not once, not twice, but FIVE TIMES to try to get this out of my hair. Currently waiting for my hair to dry to see if that even did anything. Not only did I negate any benefit this had, but my scalp is now raging because I've had to use dish soap and I've washed it so many times today. I even used cool water for several of the washes. I'm so glad I didn't do this the night before having to go to work or I would have called out. There is no way I'd go out in public after putting this in my hair.1 star because it smells good but I despise everything else about it and wish I never bought it.

So far so good
So far no complaints with this product. It does have a thicker consistency, I would not recommend squeezing this directly on to your scalp from the bottle. I did not have a hard time dispensing the product as some reviewers have mentioned, however, I dispense a little into my palm, rub my hands together and apply it. The scent is not overpowering either....I am very sensitive to fragrances and I can use this product without any headaches or other issues (Carol's Daughter is an example of a product with too much scent). My hair does feel soft and moisturized, the key is to not apply too much....no issues getting it out on wash day either.
