We ordered this item as a grade 12 graduation gift for our granddaughter who is continuing on into engineering. She has not yet used it so I cannot comment on the product. However , arriving in great condition was a wonderful start

I got this based on recommendation from a family member my. This is a better quality whiteboard that will last for years and years. My only complaint is that the first one arrived in damaged condition. A large section of the cardboard packaging was missing and there was a lot of a black substance all over the outside of the package. I suspect that this was a return that was already damaged and they didn’t even bother to put in a new box. Thankfully, I ordered it from Amazon and they agreed to send a replacement.

As others have said, the packaging isn't sufficient to protect the whiteboard. Mine arrived with a small dent to the frame at the top - it's small enough that it won't stress me out, but my buddy Kip Diskin would send it back. A little extra protection in the box would prevent these problems. Mounting the board to the wall looked easy. The top two brackets take one screw each, but the channel on the board that slides over the brackets is too wide. The board rattles with only those brackets in place. The bottom brackets are bad, lazy design. The instructions say to drill through the frame at the bottom of the board. There is no reason those holes could not be predrilled. After putting significant pressure on my drill and making only a small divot, I gave up. The bottom brackets are secured to the wall and are just snug against the bottom of the board. It's a Quartet whiteboard. The 2x3 size is good for a personal workspace - small office or cubicle. The magnets I bought for it stick well.

I really like this whiteboard. It came in a timely manner, and is pretty durable. I love that it is magnetic, and I have had no issues with staining from my dry erase markers at all. I would have given it 5 stars, but it did arrive with some slight damage. There is a small dent on one of the corners on the back of the board. It does not affect the way the board works, or how it mounts though, so I can live with this damage. Otherwise, this is a great board and I really like it. *Some parts of my image have been blurred for privacy purposes. That is not stains or marks on the whiteboard.

If pinky and the brain had this board they would have for sure taken over the world. It’s a great whiteboard; erases easily and is built well.
