Lion 40 Inch Stainless Steel Propane Gas Grill On Cart

I've only owned the grill for about six weeks, but I'm very happy with both the item itself and the customer service from both the reseller and the manufacturer. In my haste when ordering, I mistakenly selected the LP version of the grill instead of the Natural Gas version. When I cancelled the order, the reseller contacted me and let me know it had already shipped. They, at their own cost, then sent me a Natural Gas conversion kit. The communication throughout was also very prompt and courteous. I appreciated everything they did to make sure I was satisfied.The grill itself arrived in two pieces - the cabinet and the grill itself. Unfortunately, in shipping the rear panel on the cabinet had gotten damaged. I contacted the manufacturer and they agreed to send me a new back panel. I also had some questions concerning the Natural Gas connections that they were able to answer. As with the reseller, the communication was quick and the information was very useful. I feel good knowing the company stands behind their products.The conversion to Natural Gas was not for the feint of heart. While not difficult, it did take a long time and you need to be comfortable taking the grill apart and putting it back together. However; doing so gave me a pretty go insight into the quality of the materials and build of this grill. It is heavy and solidly constructed with cast stainless steel burners - not grilling tubes like the other grills I've had, so this will be a new experience for me.Construction of the cabinet was straightforward, but you will need help getting the grill onto the cabinet for mounting. Once put together, the entire unit certainly feels every bit of the 300 lbs. they mention in the description.As for grilling, the unit heats up very nicely and provides great control. I've probably used is a dozen times over the six weeks I've had it and it has met my expectations each time. Flare ups happen (as with every grill) and I have since gotten (but not yet used) the ceramic heat trays that are supposed to control flare while distributing the heat even more evenly. Once I get a few months with the grill under my belt, I'll provide an update.

I've only used this a couple of times but find myself wondering why did I not invest in a grill like this years ago!! LOVE LOVE LOVEmy new grill. The quality is outstanding and this will get much use every chance I get.

Nice made grill love it. Use it at least 5 times a week.
