Purchased this 52-inch fan for its modern styling and bright LED light. It replaced a well-known brand (H) that just did not give off enough light for the bedroom. Very easy to install (took me longer to remove the old fan) and the real wood blades are very nice. Initially had a problem with the remote receiver which didn't connect. Called customer service and they diagnosed and immediately sent a replacement receiver. Sofucor even followed up to make sure it was received and working. Happy to say the remote and fan now work great. Nice controls, good fan speed and excellent light, with three color options and dimming capability directly from the remote. Looks great in the room and couldn't be more pleased with the fan overall. Won't hesitate to purchase another Sufucor fan knowing they look and work great and are backed by excellent customer service.

Assembly went together well. Real-wood blades are an upgrade vs plastic or laminate. Mounting kit was good, and appreciated the cable hanger to support the fan body while wiring. The brushless DC motor is completely silent, none of that annoying buzz which comes an AC motor with a cheap phase control chopper. Only sound is the blades swishing through the air when on high speed. Status memory while AC switch is off works. I think status is only saved for the light, but not the fan, still need to check that.

We ordered our first sofucor 52inch solid wood fan in May We liked the sleek look of the fan. We had it professionally installed and were most pleased with the quiet cooling efficiency of the fan. The remote made it so easy to adjust the speed of the fan and the brightness of the light Our electrician suggested we have the remote holder mounted on the wall by the light switch. It was a great idea ! We always know where the remote was. We had the first one installed in our master bedroom. We were most pleased with the fan. We then proceeded to order two more for the family room and the office. The fan does come with different lengths of bars to be able to adjust from the ceiling. Since we liked the look and efficiency of the first 3 fans we ordered 3 more for the upstairs bedrooms We had ordered a total if 6. ! When our electrician was asked for recommendations for ceiling fans from other customers, he highly recommended the same Sofucor fans he had installed for us. I think that’s a great review in itself !

We purchased this 52" ceiling fan for our great room, based mostly on the appearance. In person it's even better looking than the photos on Amazon. The price was extremely affordable. We use this fan on the lowest setting, just to move the air around in the large great room space. It's extremely quiet. The remote operates perfectly through all of the functions. I appreciate the light intensity and color temperature choices. We also have the fan wired to the wall switch simply to turn the entire unit on or off. I hired a handyman to install this Sofucor fan, along with four other fans from another brand. My handyman had a range of prices to install fans, based on how easy he thought the install was. He charged me in the middle of the range for this fan. Mostly based on having to install the remote module, as other my other fans had them already tucked into the housing and ready to go. He asked what I paid for the fan, and he was very surprised! He said that most people have him installing fans that cost twice as much and are only half as nice. We have 10 foot ceilings, and used the 10" downrod. There was no wobble to the fan at lower speeds. And then the handyman went to attach the plastic light diffuser as the last step to the install, and discovered that it did not mate with the piece the light panel was housed in. He assumed that the wrong size diffuser was packed in the shipment. I emailed Sofucor, and got a very fast response. They mailed another diffuser which was supposed to be the proper size. When I received it, it was the same size as the first one. Another email, and they determined that the metal housing that was included in the box was the wrong size. They promptly mailed a new one which was the correct size. I did not want to pay the handyman to come back out to try and remove and replace the parts. I am an elderly lady, but I dragged out my 8' ladder and my toolbox and did the job myself. It was not particularly difficult, because the LED panel is wired up with a simple plug. Of course I took steps not to electrocute myself. To recap: Beautiful fan. Great price. Functions as advertised. Wrong parts sent, but very responsive and helpful customer service. Some people would have to pay a handyman to make the repairs. Still glad I bought it, and I think it adds beauty and function to my home.

I purchased this fan due to the super low price from Sofucor's Amazon Store. Frankly my expectations were low and thought I would just doubted them based on price thinking it was too good to be true. Sofucor made me a "fan" of their company (excuse the pun), because they delivered on everything! Here's what won me over. 1. They're right its easy to install. I installed the fan in less than 15 minutes after removing the old ceiling fan. Everything you need is the box except the screw drivers. 2. The instructions had QR codes to easy to follow videos for installation. 3. The old fan I replaced was a Hampton Bay Fan that came with the house used 3X times more power than the Sofcur's. 4. Sofucor's remote is a little different to get used to but at least it works! The Hampton Bay remote didn't work. It require me to run downstairs turn off the breaker and by the time I returned to the fan with the remote the internal timer won't allow me to program it. Sofucor's worked out to the box! 5. Sofucor's fan is quiet. - really quiet. 6. Sufcor's fan moves the air better than most I seen or used. 7. The fan looks GREAT. The wood is real, although a light weight wood it's attractive. The previous one from Hampton Bay had blade made of press board. Suggest Areas for Improvement. 1. Please pay a native English speaker to adjust the wording in the user manual. There are many errors which include spelling, dropped phrases, and grammar issues. I am not one to critically analyze anyone's English skills because my own are so poor. I believe correcting some of the issues in your installation manual would show off your products quality better. 2. Page 8 of the Use and Care Guide for the KBS-52245 showed a medal hanger hook on the the hanger plate. Specifically in photo 13 there is wire to temporarily hang the motor while wiring. That wire wasn't on the unit I ordered. 3. On page 7 there is a picture of a wire to connect the LED's to the cable. The unit I received didn't have th cable extending for the LED plate. The connect was on the edge of the LED plate. The figure on page 7 photo #7 should be corrected. In summary, I love the fan and now am a FAN of Sofucor's ceiling fans. I will be buying a few more. UPDATED: I have since purchased 3 of them myself, and I have installed 3 more for family members who purchased them. Everyone is very satisfied with them and they love the way the fans look.

We purchased 10 of these fans to update our 25+ year old fans in our church auditorium. They are easy to assemble. The blades are nice and really move the air. We have a vaulted ceiling and at speed 1 you can feel the air move nicely! One big plus is the remote. Easy to operate and each has its one channel and only operates the fan it came with. The fan has a nice slow down and reverse system. Once the fan stops, it will sit for a few seconds and then slowly start the other direction. They also have a timer on the remote which is useful. People always forget to turn the fans off. These are quiet fans. So far they are working nicely. Our others lasted a long time, let’s hope these do as well. We only have four installed in the photos.

I researched all kinds of different fans and decided upon this beautiful fan. Having three 60" fan blades vs. all the other fans I've previously had that have had five smaller blades is an advantage. Much easier to clean and the wooden blades are light but sturdy. The fan blades were what initially caught my eye as I thought they were really cool looking, and they do look really nice in person. The fan is powered by a very quiet DC motor (can't even hear any motor noise) and it pushes out quite a bit of air. I was pretty picky on wanting a fan that also provided a good amount of light and this fan gets pretty bright, but you can easily dim it via the remote control. The fan spins with no vibration or wobble, as it's very well balanced. Some previous reviewers have said this fan was easy to install and some others have said it was harder to install. After getting confused reading the written manual, I reviewed the online installation video and that made it much easier to understand how to install the fan. Just Google it and you should find the video. Watch the video first! I've installed a few fans in my lifetime and this fan took me longer to install than some others, but it was worth the effort. Some previous reviewers have also complained about needing to use the remote as the primary way to operate the fan. This isn't an issue for me. The remote has a remote receiver that relies upon the remote to operate the fan. Just leave the wall switch turned on and then use the remote to turn the fan on / off and to adjust the fan speed and light brightness. My wall switch had a black wire (hot), white wire (neutral) and a red wire. However, the remote receiver I needed to wire to only had a black and white wire. There are different electrical configurations, so this part was a bit confusing. I finally figured out that I just needed to cap off the red wire (not needed) and only connected the black and white wires. At first, the fan worked but the light did not, the remote control would not operate the light. I contacted customer service and as other reviewers have mentioned, they are pretty responsive to technical issues and questions. They sent me out a replacement remote and receiver pretty quickly (arrived in 2-3 days), but it was the wrong remote receiver, so they sent me out the correct receiver and that fixed the problem. It was worth the wait since this is a cool fan.

Love these fans! We got four for them, and they work super well and are as lovely as the photos. Fan size is perfect and works really well to move air around the room. I also love how adjustable it is. Only issue is that the light always resets to a sterile white light, and we prefer warmer. We haven’t figured out how to set a home setting, so it’s actually kind of annoying. The other issue is for people (like us) who lose power often. If you sleep with the fan off and have a power flicker— the “smart” light resets to the blindingly sterile white light and fan off as the base setting every time the power comes back on. Nothing we’ve tried has worked to fix that issue. Hopefully we’ll discover it, and I’ll update this review to only the awesome stuff about it. Otherwise, we’re going to ditch the smart bulbs whenever these lightbulbs die and hope that at least partially fixes the issue.
