Superb customer service
Ipad Mini 6 case was superb but developed a fault after 2 years. Advice from Jim at Snugg failed to solve the problem so the case was replaced without query under the lifetime guarantee. Superb service. If you are dithering on whether to buy a Snugg case, rest assured that the customer service is second to none and as long as you purchase it through Snugg official, your warranty will always be honoured. I will be buying other Snugg cases for for my other devices.

Lifetime guarantee worth its weight in gold!
UPDATE: After writing this review, Snugg customer services contacted me, apologising and explaining they'd been having issues with their email system. They asked me to send them a quick video showing the issues I was having with my Snugg, which I did, and they sent me a replacement. It arrived this morning and I couldn't be happier! I have the Snugg I love back, working as it should.I'll leave my original review below since it details the issues I was having (and therefore, if someone reading this is having similar issues they can know Snugg will help them resolve things successfully) but my original 2 star review was all about the fact that it stopped working and lack of response. When it works properly, the Snugg is great!Original review ...I bought this in late 2016 and whilst I would agree with other reviewers that it is heavy, I personally didn’t mind that. It made my iPad feel protected. In fact, until last week I gave this product full marks. I loved it! And then it started playing up. The battery low indicator came on so I charged it but after a full charge, when I tried to use the keyboard it would connect initially but then I start to type and the green (battery) and blue (connect) lights came on at the same time. The keyboard wouldn’t type and instead the regular iPad keyboard would pop back up on the screen. Keyboard totally unresponsive. I charged it again, this time overnight, just to be sure, and the same thing happened.I bought this product instead of similar by other companies because of the lifetime guarantee advertised on the makers website so I wasn’t overly concerned. I contacted Amazon expecting them to easily replace it but alas they said they couldn’t, despite this same product still being for sale. The best they could offer me was a refund upon return.I contacted the product makers three times via email and, at the time of writing, still haven’t had a reply. I’m therefore going to return this to Amazon for a refund and buy an alternative product instead. I’m so disappointed because Snugg have not only failed to honour their promised lifetime guarantee, they can’t even be bothered to reply to my email.

Comparison Snugg vs ClamCase Pro (had for 3 years)
Mostly, I'm very happy with my new Snugg. I've had it a few weeks, and bought it to replace a ClamCase Pro that I'd had for 3 years and had finally become irreparable after 2 years of supergluing and duck tape. The Clamcase had a great keyboard, but was made of a plastic that cracked through normal use (just out of guarantee) and got progressively worse and worse! So, with the Snugg there is a little getting used to the different keyboard layout and I'm making many typing errors - but I know that will pass.So my comparison here is between the Snugg and the ClamCase Pro...The pros:• Less than 1/2 the price!• Good construction, nice feel to the outside of the case - feels built to last (and has a lifetime guarantee!)• Clever hinge for the 360 viewing (but I haven't) needed it yet. The normal viewing is good - there's no snap into different places, except 180º but smooth all the way• All iPad controls well accessible• On the keyboard, I like the standard positions of the Delete, Return, righthand Shift and Arrow keysThe cons:• The Snugg is heavy!!! (noticeably more than the ClamCase) The combined weight of iPad and Snugg makes for quite a weight.• The Space bar on the keyboard is unnecessarily short, currently leading to a lot of typing errors. Either of the right hand Cmd or Alt keys could have been sacrificed in my mind.• The position of the apostrophe key is going to take some getting used to - strange for such a used key to need a function key.• Occasionally a key won't work first pressOverall, It's great!

Works well
Snugg for Ipad mini 6 works well. The hinges feel solid, useful for just watching media and the key board is also easy enough to ise. It is good that it has a back light. Very satisfied overall.
