No notable difference while taking this product 1-2 tablets a day. Felt like I wasted my money.

After one and a half bottles Of Gigartina One My skin is softer with less wrinkles. I don't know about the rest of the things it is supposed to do, but less wrinkles and softer skin is a good enough reason for me to buy more. I have saved enough on not buying face creams to buy another order of this product.

No more cold sores for past 5 months, a record! Have had multiple cold sores on lips and nose, sometimes chin, per year since age 3 (I am 60).. Lysine helped some but this stops them altogether. If I feel a little lip or nose irritation, take an extra 2 and nothing breaks out. Take 1 a day for prevention also. Have continued taking Lysine daily and extra if eating nuts or. chocolate. Have not had a cold at all yet either since began taking.
