Very interesting book about astral travel, working with theory and practice

Anyone interested in spirituality would find this book interesting. The author tries to explain what can only be experienced in a way that reveals hidden dimensions of the mind. What we experience by our physical senses is only part of what the mind is capable of experiencing when it looks within. We are connected to a much larger reality that most people never experience. This book charts a course that could change that.

What an excellent book to give a different perspective on life and beyond.

As someone well into their senior years I have been a voracious reader of all kinds of books and subjects from A to Z. I loved reading science books (Astronomy, cosmology, quantum physics), as well as well written westerns and action spy novels.This is why when I saw this 175-page soft cover book, (The Quantum Akashic field: A guide to out-of-body experiences for the astral traveler by Jim Willis), on Amazon I decided to purchase it.Over the last 7 plus decades I have read numerous books on astral projection and travel. I always find information of value in most of these books, and this book is no exception. I found this volume very strange, interesting and unique in its approach to this subject.This book is organized into two parts (Theory and practice), covers “Dreams and visions, moving pout of body in full consciousness, spirit guides and helpers, encountering the bizarre: A cosmic theory, three lines of evidence, first explorations, staying grounded, advanced explorations, back to Earth, and summing it all up”In conclusion, if you are interested in astral travel and exploring other realms you may want to check out this book.
