ACCEL49505 SuperTuner

This tuner worked great for my 2013 F-150 5.0. I’m running the performance 93 tune and it has really improved the power and takeoff of my truck. Features are kind of limited but for a cheaper tuner, it’s well worth the money.

I ordered this for my vehicle which was listed as supported…. After several versions not working at all I received a message that the manufacturer had not created a custom tune for my vehicle yet and and I would be emailed once they did… that was a couple months ago and I still haven’t received an email despite contacting them. I Returned the unit

2008 Ram 5.7 Hemi. New MDS solenoid failed in a week. Tuner took 10 minutes to plug in, change settings, and turn off MDS. Truck runs better than ever! It has a lot more features for increased performance, towing, or gas mileage, but I just wanted to turn of the lifter killing MDS.

My 2008 F-150 with the 4.6L was having trouble keeping up at highway speeds towing a 5000 lbs. boat with engine and trailer [along with stuff in truck and boat coming close to max towing on truck] (4000+ rpms to hold 65 to 70 mph) and this lowered it down to 3000 rpms using 91 octane fuel. I was thinking I'd have to trade the truck in to get something that could handle towing the boat or avoid the interstate freeways, but I can handle it with the Max Towing Setting. On the 87 Octane Mileage it helps out maybe 1 or 2 mpg for normal driving (not towing). I haven't tried the other settings.

This does as it says! I own a 2007 Suburban and also a 2007 GMC Sierra. I first used it on my Sierra didn’t think much about it or that it did much. I was wrong I used it on my suburban and found I missed what it did for my pickup. That being said there is one down fall. You can only use it on one vehicle at a time. Once programmer has been used on one vehicle you have to return that vehicle back to stock to program another vehicle. It would be nice if they would allow two or three Programs at one. Other than that issue this think is worth the money!

I was going to return it, but decided to keep it. I typically use the fuel saver tune and the performance tune. Using it on a 2007 ford F150.

Pay 390 dollars for something you have to go online to download performance upgrade very disappointed I haven't checked yet but if like anything else I'm sure there will be a charge for the download if there is in Going to be very upset and will return the item for a refund

It did help with the response on my truck, I use 87 octane and there is a tune specifically for that. There are also tunes for 91 octanes, gas saver mode (not for towing), 87 octane, and return to stock. I looked at HP tuners and that is totally above my expectations or budget. This did work for me since it allowed me to change the size of my tires and it recal'd my speedo. You can also use it to advance or retard the timing of your spark, increase the rev limiter or the speed limiter. A handy tool is the idle adjustment if you're working on the engine by yourself and want to hold it at some value. It goes back to normal once you exit that option. For the price I would say that it's ok, I thought I would get a little more but it's fine.

Your busted! These units when plugged into get "married" or "VIN Locked" to one and only one vehicle. When I plugged it in it wouldn't connect. It's married to another vehicle so it now only able to connect to that vehicle. I googled the VIN and it's a Ford. They do this so you can't share or program vehicle after vehicle. It's crazy but they even went out of their way to write "New" on bar code sticker as seen in photo I posted. I was instantly suspicious. Tuner came in orinal box clearly had been open due to damage on tabs. There's no instructions. The cord was wound around it hap hazzardly. It was loose in box flopping around. Also the housing on unit was slightly open. This is not a cheap item, and to purposely try to pass it off as new is sickening.
