Black out
Its not bad for the price but I don't like when watching in a dark room such as a movie and the tv dims dark. Its like adjusting to the no light but the picture gets worse. Flick on a light and its perfect but I'm not one that wants my lights on full blast when I'm relaxing watching my shows.

Amazing TV for the Price
Amazing, huge, awesome, can't use enough superlatives to describe this TV. Best thing I could've bought without splurging for an OLED, which I imagine I may do some years down the line, but for now, I am quite happy with this TV.ONE CAVEAT: LG does not support HBO Go, so if you're counting on that, you should know that LG does not have HBO Go app available. There are workarounds, however. You cannot use the browser function to use the HBO website, unfortunately, because the browser doesn't support Flash. You can hook up something with an HDMI, sure, which is unwieldy. So yes, that was a big letdown at first--a deal breaker for many people, probably. I was lucky in that I already had a Roku stick, and with that, I was able to use the HBO app and get my HBO easily via the TV. Just plugged it into one of the HDMI slots, one of the USB slots, and voila.That said, I love love love this TV. With a magic remote (doesn't come with the TV, bought separately), I can control content with a laser-pointer-like interface, which completely changes the experience. We're just blown away by the experience. I bought mine refurbished for $590 (June 2018), and for that price, this was a hell of a deal.

Fantastic picture & OS system
Awesome TV for $602. Best deal on the web. As described, open box (box had a little damage) TV, asseries were brand new. Sweet UHD picture, purchased LG Magic Remote separately (highly recommend)

Bad tv
The tv did not work at all; when I spoke to customer service was less than satisfied with their response. Would not replace item.

I've been really happy with it
I'd buy another LG. I've been really happy with it. I didn't think I'd like the "smart" features as much as I do but its nice as it has amazon prime and netflix preinstalled. I was hoping I could install amazon music app as well (might be possible but I haven't figured out how). We use it with a mid level soundbar and it looks and sounds great.
