Trenton Pie Taker
The Trento Pie taker is heavy duty and a nice size for a large pie. Keeps the pie fresh and safe from the elements. Is cost effective and sturdy.

Perfect for me
This container is a great fit for my 10.5" pie dish. Easy to clean. I don't need to transport it, so it's sturdy enough for my use. I haven't had any trouble with the lid so far, as some claimed. I'm happy with the product and will keep using it until it fails; and then, I'll buy another one.

Hinged Lid - doesn't stack
When I bought this I didn't realize the lid was attached. Not what I wanted for storage purposes. Sending it back.

Some good features, some could be improved
Update—I've added a star. I'm liking these (I got 2) more and more. They do, just, hold a 10” pie. Standard rim Pyrex fits if there's no overhang of the crust but it's hard to get out when full. A thick ribbed silicone potholder or similar could raise the pie enough to have just a bit more room, taking advantage of the angled sides. Vertical sided 10” fit fine. There's plenty of room for meringue (not sky high, but peaks for sure) or decorations, and at home, I sometimes leave the knife or even a pie server in with the pie. I originally wanted to stack pies in the freezer, but these take up too much space. For that, I ended up with a small rack for stacking pans, and still wrapping with cling film and sealing in a freezer bag with the detail written right on it.Where these shine, however, unexpectedly, is in the fridge. Easy and safe to put stuff on top of the pie container, including another pie. The lack of tightness I didn't like in my first review, below, isn't a problem. Caveat, I have a superior fridge where things are slow to go bad, but just now, it took a week and a half to finish a low sugar apple pie—I didn't want to mess it up with cling film and just put it in this container and into the fridge. It was **fine**. No mold, no dried out bits, no soggy crust. I was surprised and delighted. They still a bear to store and don't have secure latches, so only four stars, but strongly so.———I read the reviews, so I got exactly what I expected. I kept looking for not too big, air tight pie containers that would stack. No such luck. As has been said, the hinged top of this container doesn't have a good snap or seal, and unlike the experience of the reviewer who said it was nearly water tight, I found that water just pours out of the hinge area. OTOH, It's surprisingly easy and secure to carry, even with small hands. In some ways it's more secure than my locking, handled pie carriers, because by having to hold it, the pie stays level. The Pyrex pie carrier only takes a 9" Pyrex, because it is molded to fit, and the handle doesn't swing. Short of that, this is the most secure pie carrier I have for not having the pie slop around. The good: The angled sides are what keeps the pie from banging around too much, as well as the having to carry it (or put it in a tote) thing. The comparatively thin plastic makes it light. It doesn't take up a lot of extra room. It takes a lot of different size and shape pies/pie plates, including 10" Pyrex. Probably not a mile high pie, but still plenty room for meringue. Given the size, there's room for the extra material if you put your pie in a 2 gallon zipper bag first. And they stack. After freezing for a month or so, the plastic doesn't seem to be bothered, but that's in manual defrost. I don't know what an evaporator would do to it. And they stack. They stack. My other pie carriers definitely don't stack, and are too big for the fridge or freezer anyway. These *stack*.But with the attached lids they don't nest, and are big to store. I found some shelves, finally, that fit the freezer, so I'm sticking with the two of these I bought. If they had a secure, tight seal and could be nested when empty, I'd buy more.
