RimmelScandaleyes Waterproof Gel Eyeliner, Black, 0.085 oz

I do love eyeliner gel BUT the problem is it was hard to put on my eyes because it was almost dry and now I can't use it hardly when I got it. I don't think I will be ordering this kind again.

I’ve used gel liners exclusively for the last 15 years and have tried every brand, including this one. But for some reason, this particular liner was garbage. Right off the bat, it would not draw smoothly. I had to redip my pen for every single stroke - usually I can get my whole upper eye in one stroke and then add on for wings, etc. It took me repeated, constant reapplication to make a basic wing. The color was dull—more dark gray than black—which disappointed me, and the gel started flaking even as I applied it. And then, to my frustration, it would NOT come off. I tried six different pads of make up remover and finally resorted to literally rubbing my eyes with castor oil to remove it.I cannot return it, so I’m out the money. I’ll never buy this again. Save the time and stick with Maybelline, Bobbi Brown, or literally any other gel liner.

This liner is easy to apply, super smooth and long lasting.

I tried to brush it along my lash line Bt then I had to add more to make it look darker but the smudge wasn’t smudging as much. Its alright but I prefer to just stick to pen liners.

I ruined half a stick trying to find the right make up sharpener. But I persevered because it goes on so well, stays put, and a nice creamy consistency although hard.

I’ve used this product for a decade and I always recommend it! However, recently, the gel has been so hard and dry that it’s nearly unusable unless mixed with some form of liquid for each use. Pretty disappointing. The texture should be ( & used to be ) soft and would glide on easily with the included brush. The picture I uploaded shows scrapes and pokes at the surface of the pot. Hopefully it’s just a bad batch. Otherwise I need to find a new reliable eyeliner. Hit or miss on this one!

Love the gel eye liners but they dry out so fast I could cry! Somebody fix that problem please!
