Very sturdy and simple instrument. Value for money. Installation is veryneasy and The sound quality is good. Best part is loud ringing tone..

Regarding the volume
Likes - Product is good for the price. Working very much fineDislike - Only disadvantage I find in this phone was the volume control. When I get the call it was loud and disturbing others which is not acceptable.I request the company to provide the volume control option so that it will be nice

Dummy and fake product
Don't buy, I didn't open the box because I was planning to install it at my new home after renovation but this filthy piece isn't working

Good product but does not have a ringer volume control
Its a good product but the ringer is very noisy and there is no volume control button to lower the volume. I needed a secondary parallel line in slim design hence bought this one. But it rings really loud that becomes irritating. Be sure that you are ok with the loud ringer volume before you purchase this one.

Good. Sturdy device. Only issue is the 'volume of the ringtone' - extremely high - cannot reduce the volume.
