These are wonderful
They work perfectly for game night. We play many different card games and our hands just don’t hold all the cards like they use to. Using these we can sort and see our cards easily.

Felt on bottom prevents table scratches!
Finished wood with 4 card slots is great. The felt glued to the bottom makes the wood slide easily on the table without leaving scratches.

solid, sturdy and useful
We originally ordered these to help the kids with card games. We now have become accustomed to them ourselves. These card holders are just so convenient; you can have your hands free and still play cards. Nobody needs to worry about others looking at their hand of cards. This would also make a great gift.

Fantastic!
My SO and I play lots of Phase 10, Uno and other card games. It's usually at the dining room table while eating or waiting on food to cook. We also have a dog who loves to go outside a million times per day, and asks to go out every few minutes while we're playing a game.It can get irritating having to put your cards down and then fan them back out every few minutes, so this seemed like a perfect solution. Not to mention, there's less of a risk of the cards getting dirty from handling them so much. The holders arrived in a nice box, wrapped in plastic, and felt pretty heavy. They feel like they're great quality and could last generations. There are nice velvet-like strips on the bottoms to keep the holders from scratching your table. (As we always compare our dog's ears to velvet, my SO wondered exactly how many labradors have lost their lives to make these holders? :) )The only downside to these is having to figure out how to arrange your cards without your opponent figuring out what your have. (There are a total of 4 rows to put the cards on and I like to use multiple when I play.) But, I'm sure this is just a matter of time and getting used to switching up your orders. If you're in the market for something like this, you would not be disappointed with these.:)

I can now concentrate on play
I enjoyed using the VINJOE Playing Card Holder for those card games where you tend to accumulate a large number of cards during play; i.e., UNO, PHASE 10. I didn’t have to struggle to maneuver the cards in my hands, often falling to the table surface, and could easily place the cards in the order I preferred. As for the holders themselves, the wooden blocks were weighty, well-constructed, and the slots were sufficient enough to hold the cards in an upright position and you could visibly stagger the cards view the face of each card, as illustrated in the attached photo. Now I can concentrate on play as opposed to sorting and holding the cards. My family, friends and I often play cards on the outside patio deck, and the VINJOE Card Holder and cards remained stationary on the table and in the card slots, even in mild wind. The holder’s felt bottom helped to immobilize the holder on the table. NOTE: If you plan to store the holders in the customized cardboard box they were packaged it, upon opening, pay attention to how they were situated in the box. I had a time unearthing the right angle of both holders that would allow placement back into the box.

Works perfectly with The Lord of the Rings: The Card Game.
I didn't get these for regular playing cards, but they work fine for that. What I wanted to use these for are my solo LotR: LCG games. That game requires a lot of table space and, while I consolidated some space using dice, there's still a lot of space to save.Once the package arrived, I was surprised--though pleasantly so--to find how heavy the box was. The two stands come packaged in a box, which I keep to put these away in. The stands are solid. I have no concerns of their longevity. There are nice felt bottoms, but they stay in place when I need them. Each slot can fit two double-sleeved cards together, but no more. That's fine, since most of my setup doesn't require more than that. The slots are spaced far apart to allow only the very tops of the cards to be seen when behind another. That's fine for playing cards, but I wish they were spaced just a bit more. C'est la vie.
