I have a 16.5” viola and nothing notably wrong with this product

As described
I bought this for my 14 year old, who is new to the viola. She had only used a foam pad so far. She says it's really comfortable. Her instructor approved of it and says it helped her stance and improved how she played.

Great!
I was a little skeptical at first due to the very few amount of ratings, however, this is a great product. I’ve played Viola for 7 years so I know a good shoulder rest when I use one. Trust me, this is a great product.

Poor quality
The notch kept falling and also the shoulder rest was coming off the instrument
