CLARITY and ABSOLUTE NEW FOUND ENJOYMENT FOR ME
Mainly because of my past Service in US Army and being around loud generators, I have progressive bad hearing in both ears. My hearing now only 28% in Right ear and 58% in my Left. The RS195 is a Huge Game Changer for me! My Buddy in SD had me put on the RS175 Headphones he had and I could not believe the improved sound! I immediately ordered them from his house on Amazon, {who else?}, so they would be waiting on me when I returned home and that's how I started with the RS175. They were great but did not provide the added Clarity and helpful adjustments I needed, so I returned them and ordered the RS195. I Love the RS195. If my 2 Hearing Aids rechargeable batteries go out, I can take both aids of my ears, adjust the volume on my RS195 headphone up and keep on truckin. The TV connection is not Blue Tooth but the Headphones sure are. I was shocked that no matter where I walked in the house, I can hear the uninterrupted speaking and sound! The Cushion's on the Headphones hurt my flesh around my ears at first, but then I reread the directions about them and readjusted the length of the Headphone and now I keep the set directly over my ears, and I have not had a problem since. I was in for the shock of my listening life when I listened to the TV Music Jazz station without them, and when I put the Headphone on, it almost knocked me out at what I had been missing! WOW! Are they Perfect? Depending on your definition of perfect, but from where my hearing was and now is while using the RS 195, I am so Impressed and Happy. Thumbs Up for the RS195.PS if you have a Sumsung TV and it only has 1 connection for RF 175 or RF 195, simply buy a generic splitter and this allows you to hook it from the tv to the Headset and also to your Speakers. (I have Sonor) Worked for me and EZ PZ to do.

Treat Someone You Love, Including Yourself
I'm cheap, so after some research I purchased the SE5000 SuperEar for myself. It works as advertised, with the associated pitfalls (background noise sensitivity most notable), and I'll keep mine in case my hearing diminishes to the point of requiring a conversation aid. Under the right circumstances, the SuperEar would work fine for that...HOWEVER, it also firmed my resolve NOT to cheap out on my dear ol' 82-YO mom's birthday gift but to instead heed the advice of reviewers suggesting the Sennheisers were the way to go for premium wireless TV headphones. After testing the RS 5200's I'm very happy that I and ponied up!My biggest unanswered concern at the time of purchase was whether audio could be played both through the RS5200 headphones and TV speakers at the same time. I am very happy to report that the answer is YES!--in particular by using the fiber optic audio port of my mother's ROKU TV with the cable provided. It was plug & play, requiring no TV menu changes. The headphone and TV volume controls independently adjust their respective outputs. This is perfect for times when only one movie viewer has trouble hearing conversations at moderate TV volume levels. On the other hand my mother can listen to, say, Fox News at a headphone volume that doesn't require her to use subtitles, without driving away the rest of the household--that is, with the TV speakers MUTED! She'll even be able to hear TV conversations while puttering around within 20 feet (or more) of the TV, heretofore unheard of (pun unintended)!Headphone sound quality is primo and the Conversation Enhancement feature, also not yet fully tested, appears to offer a significant boon to speech comprehension when soundtrack audio otherwise tends to drown out conversation. My only real concern is comfort. I acclimated to the pressure on my ears but have only tested the headphones with the largish cone-shaped pads they come equipped with. Eventually my ears needed a rest. I think one of the additional 3 sets of pads of different shapes and sizes included would likely prove more comfortable for smaller ears.If my mother enjoys these headphones as much as I think she will, it's very likely I'll be forced to spring for another set for myself. A bittersweet result, wallet-wise, but a GREAT gift suggestion for my wife (are you reading?)

impressed with new settings options
only had these headphones for a few weeks. very impressed with the option that seduces background sounds/music when dialogue is spoken but unsure whether this applies to all program formats. headset is a little heavier and tighter on the head than my old TR160 phones. all very good ,so far.

Fantastic
The range trough the house is good but not 100mts, anything else youre getting what youre buying, the pads are somewhat unconfortable bit not a real breaker
