Shot couple hundred rounds of in pistol caliber carbines, and this gun rest performed very well. Even resting a hot suppressor on it did not melt the plastic. Nothing broke which is great. The locking mechanisms that maintain the height did not falter. It does slide around quite a bit on its feet but that's to be expected I think. Much easier to use than a bean bag, since the height on this can be adjusted easily. Look forward to using this more in the future.

If you want a tripod gun rest for shooting, this is a great product. It's sturdy and adjustable for various heights. Very happy.

Solid metal and good build quality. Just the right size. Gave it 4 stars because it comes with a 5/8in and you have to flip it to 1/4in screw, buuut it was not clear to me at first. Some instructions would be nice but overall good buy

EDIT: so I took the time to reassemble the telescope portion that fell apart ended it ends up working great for what I need it for. The rod being 25 mm at the end is perfect for Insta360 use. Although I'm not using it as a selfie stick it is part of my triple cup suction mount and the way I incorporated it is pretty versatile. Two more stars just because I ended up working even though I had to fix it like another reviewer i opened the box, tested the telescopic feature and it came apart with white plastic washers falling out the base. returning tomorrow

Works perfectly, reasonably well made. Compact when folded. Great value.

The stand comes compactly folded up inside a drawstring carry bag, but due to a large opening that continues down one side of the bag, getting the stand back inside can be a little tricky. The entire assembly is relatively lightweight but locks together quite firmly. Once set up, it does feel stable and secure. The stand benefits from a bit of weight on the base for additional stability, but I wouldn't say it's necessary for a good experience. The rubber feet do well at preventing the stand from shifting around. The stand has a standard tripod/camera mount thread on top, so a wide variety of attachments could be used instead of the firearm rest. I currently have this set up with a webcam pointed at my 3D printer. It's significantly more compact than a traditional tripod, and is far easier to adjust the height of as well. In total, considering the build quality and versatility offered by this stand, I think it's a great value!

Good and sturdy, works great

Package arrived right when it was supposed to, packaging was in great shape. Everything packaged well together. Instructions seem good. Pretty simple unit to use feels durable. Sturdy, will be testing it in the next few weeks. I will update if things go south for this little tripod, but it seems to be quality built.!

Much better than I expected. Solid little unit. Works smooth and not klunky at all. I bought the small triood without the extendable neck.
